To help the English speaking students, we reproduced the online application form and indicate the fields to be completed. You can also fill out the online form with the help of the translation function of Google Chrome (right-click on the form and choose Translate to English ). 9 REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION TO THE UNIVERSITÉ DE SHERBROOKE: 1. Documents allowing establishment of the identity of the candidate or the candidate 2. Transcripts, diplomas, attestations and reports 3. Reference letter 4. Assessed fees 5. Resume 6. Where send required documents? 1. DOCUMENTS ALLOWING ESTABLISHMENT OF THE IDENTITY OF THE CANDIDATE OR THE CANDIDATE Candidates native outside Quebec The candidates from the other Canadian provinces have to provide a birth certificate emitted by their government. Photocopies are accepted. Without this document, you cannot join the Université de Sherbrooke. Certificate of Canadian citizenship If you are Canadian and if you were born abroad, you have to provide a copy of your Canadian citizenship certificate. A copy first side-reverse of your Canadian citizenship card containing a number of identification will be also accepted. Without one of these documents, you cannot join the Université de Sherbrooke. Card of the Band Council If you are an American Indian, you have to provide a copy first side-reverse of your card of the Band Council or an official letter emitted by the Band Council. Canadian permanent resident card If you declare yourself as a permanent resident in Canada, you must provide a copy of your Canadian permanent resident card or immigration form or immigration form IMM Without one of these documents, you cannot join the Université de Sherbrooke. 2. TRANSCRIPTS, DIPLOMAS, ATTESTATIONS AND REPORTS Ask each of the educational establishments that you attended since the end of your secondary education (from the 2nd secondary cycle if outside Quebec) to send us two copies of your transcripts (three copies if you choose two programs). The transcripts must carry the official seal of the institution that produced these documents. The transcripts must be produced and sent by the educational institution. You also have to send 2 copies of every diploma that you obtained since the 2nd cycle of the secondary. In default of provision of each of these documents, your demand could be refused. 10 3. REFERENCE LETTER At least one reference letter from supervisors / employers must be send. Applicants may supply additional reference letters if desired. 4. ASSESSED FEES A non-refundable application fee of $79 CA is required. Without this payment, we cannot process your application.
