7 Overall Observations Survey promotion efforts led to an increase in Shoppers and Spanish preference. Removal of Neutral skewed significantly positive and resulted in significant increases in positive results. Employees, Resident and Visitors are very positive. & s are less positive. DMD performance improved significantly overall. Stakeholders again split on service expansions
