2 Visa Application Requirements You Have Requested: Country: Thailand Type of Visa: Tourist Visa Important Information: Nationals of the following countries are requested to submit the visa application in person ONLY: Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Cuba, China, Egypt, India, Iraq, Iran, Laos, North Korea, Lebanon, Libya, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Palestine, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Vietnam and Yemen. The following countries are not required to obtain a visa when entering Thailand for tourist purposes and will be permitted to stay for a period not exceeding 30 days on each visit providing they can supply these documents: Proof of Finances Traveller s cheque or cash equivalent to 10,000 Baht per person Proof of onward ticket Foreigners who enter Thailand under the Tourist Visa Exemption category and would like to leave and reenter may only stay for a cumulative duration which does not exceed 90 days and is within a 6-month period from the date of first entry. (Passport or travel document must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of first entry). Please note that Tourist Visa Exemption only applies to foreigners holding passports issued by the countries listed below. Travel documents for aliens issued by these countries are not acceptable. 3 Visa Application Requirements Visa on Arrival: Passport holders from the below 28 countries and territories may apply for visas at the immigration checkpoints on arrival for the purpose of tourism and will be granted to stay in Thailand for a period not exceeding 15 days, providing they can supply the following: Proof of Finances Traveller s cheque or cash equivalent to 10,00 Baht per person Passport with at least 6 months validity Proof of onward travel ticket One recent passport sized photograph One completed application form Visa on arrival can be applied at 24 designated international checkpoints. The application fee is 1,000 Baht. Please reconfirm these details at the time of booking the flights. 5 Visa Application Requirements Dispatch and Delivery Methods To Diversity Travel We recommend that items be sent to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery service or other secure and traceable delivery services. Our opening hours to receive applications are between 8.45am 5.30pm Monday Friday. From Diversity Travel We can return the passport to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery, DHL or UPS. There is no consequential loss coverage for next day couriers (Special Deliver, DHL and UPS). We also have a same day bike service or it is possible to collect from our office. For urgent applications or if there would be a significant financial loss should the passport be delayed we recommend using the same day bike service or collecting from our office. The fees for returning your passport are listed below. Please clearly indicate your preferred return delivery method on the Visa Booking Form.

10 SUMMARY OF VISA REGULATIONS IMMIGRATION ACT B.E (1979 A.D.) AND RELEVANT TEXTS 1.GENERAL INFORMATION 1.1 A valid visa of entry is necessary for EVERY ALIEN who wishes to enter the Kingdom of Thailand,except for certain restricted cases,details of which can be obtained from the Consular Section. 1.2 All visas are issued according to the stated purpose of visit which must be clearly stated by the applicant. Failure to do so shall inevitably incur delays. 1.3 The visas which are issued by The Embassy or Consulates must be use within 3 months from the date of application. Upon arrival in Thailand, the actual length of stay (starting from the date of entry), shall be determined and granted at the discretion of the immigration officer. According to the type and category of visa in possession,tourist visas not exceeding 60 days per entry for Nationals from 49 designated countries.tourist visas not exceeding 30 days per entry for Nationals from other countries,transit visa not exceeding 3 days per entry and Non-Immigrant visas not exceeding 90 days per entry.
