Chart C is used to help determine if a medical client under age 19 meets the medical program noncitizen requirements. If an individual is under the age of 19 and they meet one of the groups listed on this chart, they are eligible for full medical benefits. A-1 Ambassador, public minister, career diplomatic or consular officer, and members of immediate family. A-2 Other foreign government official or employee and members of immediate family.
