2 Study Information Registration as non-degree seeking student Required documents: - 3 passport photos (3 cm x 4 cm with blue background) - smile, but do not show your teeth - passport and two copies thereof, signed by yourself - original transcript of your home institution and two copies thereof, signed by yourself - completed personal data form (CR 20) - hardcopy of student record (print from web site) - completed student survey form

5 Study Information Course registration - check courses offered, course descriptions & credits at - register online at before 4.00 p.m. on January 14, receive confirmation of course registration request from your host program (CR 74)

8 Study Information Exams - to be eligible to take exams, you must have attended at least 80% of classes - exam timetable: will be announced by your host programme Grades - transcripts (CR 25): submit form JT 42 at the Office of the Registrar before leaving Thailand

13 Study Information Academic regulations Cheating, plagiarism and copying are unacceptable actions and will be punished. The result of any proven misconduct is to receive an F grade and to be expelled from the program.

15 Visa Information Visa extension - to extend a three-month non-immigrant visa, just bring your passport to the International Affairs Office of the Faculty of Economics at least 3 weeks before your visa expires - CU will issue a letter in support of your application for visa extension within 2 weeks - once you have received this letter, you will have to apply in person for visa extension at the Immigration Bureau (fee THB 1,900)

16 Visa Information Re-entry permit Depending on your visa, you may need a re-entry permit from the Immigration Bureau should you wish to leave Thailand during the exchange period: - Single entry: THB 1, Multiple entries: THB 3,800.-
