If your current dedicated term agreement has not expired, you will need to replace the dedicated Service on or before the expiration date of your current term agreement. If you are currently on a month-tomonth arrangement, you will need to replace the dedicated Service on or before June 30, N N This a volume discounted calling plan utilizing Switched or Dedicated Access Lines and sub-minute timing of calls. Outbound calling, inbound Toll Free service and Calling Card service are offered under this plan. Only Customers that participate in the Business Plus Plan**, Business Long Distance Plan, or Business Flat Rate Plan, who make international calls will automatically receive the rates defined below. There is no minimum or monthly recurring charge associated with this Plan. Calls originate and terminate on Switched or Dedicated Access facilities provided by local exchange companies or other authorized access providers. For Switched Access, the Customer is responsible for establishing local access facilities and for all nonrecurring, recurring, construction and other charges in connection with such local access. For Dedicated Access, the Company offers to arrange for Dedicated Access facilities from the Local Exchange Company or other authorized access provider and shall pass the costs for such facilities on to the Customer. The Customer using multiple Switched Access Lines for a single toll free number must arrange for hunting service from the Local Exchange Company International MTS MTS is an outbound service. Calls are billed in one (1) second increments and are subject to a minimum billing of thirty (30) seconds. Table I: International to U.S. Toll Free Service, ITFS and UIFN See Section 5.5.3, Tables A and B of this Guide for applicable charges International to U.S. Toll Free Service, ITFS and UIFN Toll free service provides the Customer with one or more telephone numbers which when dialed from stations in the international public switched network shall terminate on Customer-designated facilities or equipment. All charges accruing in connection with usage of the Customer's assigned numbers are billed to the Customer rather than to the party originating the call. All toll free service calls are billed in one-minute increments and are subject to a minimum billing of one minute. In addition to usage charges, the Customer is billed non-recurring and monthly recurring charges set forth in Table C. (A) (B) ITFS Internat ional Toll Free Service (ITFS) allows for the origination of toll free calls from international locations to be routed to a domestic toll free number. Different ITFS numbers must be requested for each country. ITFS countries are identified by a "N" in the UIFN column in Table A following. UIFN Universal International Phone Number (UIFN) is a service where calls are made to a special UIFN number that is common to all participating countries. Calls to the UIFN number are routed to a Customer's domestic toll free number. Assignment of the common UIFN number is managed by the International Telecommunications Union ("ITU"). UIFN applicable countries are identified by a "Y" in the UIFN column in Table A following.
