1 Resolution UNSC/1.1 Zealand, French Republic, Oriental Republic of Uruguay, Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Malaysia, People s Republic of China, Kingdom of Spain. Topic: The Democratic Republic of Congo Deeply concerned by the humanitarian treatment of DRC, Fully alarmed that 63% of the DRC s population is in poverty, Recognizing the lack of access to proper healthcare and education, 1. Encourages community farms near water sources with trading posts where workers get food back instead of money; 2. Recommends vaccinations donated by supporting countries through NGOs to be given by the medical volunteer(s) and their apprentices; 3. Calls upon volunteers from other countries to take on apprentices to train in different professions; 4. Supports building a medical center funded by NGOs and any other nations who want to donate extra money where the vaccines would be supplied; 5. Notes that the newly train teachers would go to different communities all over the DRC to teach youth in a safe area; 6. Requires all volunteers to subject to background checks to determine good legal standing and education credentials; 7. Calls for an investigation into the more that 3 mass graves and the video posted on social media of supposedly FARDC soldiers killing civilians in the Kasai and Lomami provinces UNGAFDRC; 8. Notes that MONUSCO funds haven t been properly distributed throughout the DRC; 9. Encourages the creation of UNGAFDRC, a fund replacing MONUSCO s role in the DRC; 10. Requests that all member states in the General Assembly donate 0.25% of their annual GDP to said fund. Peacekeeping 11. Noting the ethic and regional tensions between the peoples of the DRC, by understanding the dangers in the daily lives of civilians of the DRC; 12. Further reminding the ineffectiveness of the Lusaka Ceasefire agreement, and the MONUSCO mission; 13. Reaffirming its support of the universal declaration of human rights; 14. Encourages the Congolese people to defend their human rights;

Requests the focus of MONUSCO be gradually shifted away from the DRC, which will approve the creation of peacekeeping force consisting of the Congolese people directly reporting to the Security Council, until the time is appropriate to take its independence; 16. Further recommends the importance of the force receiving the proper training from UN force keepers, until there are enough to maintain a safe environment, for all citizens of the DRC; 17. Expresses its hope that the force will unite the Congolese people of a strong sense of community. Infrastructure 18. Draws the attention of the poor condition of the infrastructure in the Democratic Republic of Congo; 19. Taking notes of the amount of unused resources in the Democratic Republic of Congo; 20. Considering the lack of public system of transportation in the Democratic Republic of Congo; 21. Calls for the development of a basic road system connecting major cities to rural areas funded by the UNGAFDRC; 22. Encourages the use of the surrounding bodies of water in the North for a hydroelectricity system funded by the Russian Federation to help start the country on a path to sustainability and energy independence; 23. Draws the attention to the development of a public transportation system funded by the state once able to.
3 Resolution UNSC/2.1 Zealand, French Republic, Oriental Republic of Uruguay, Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Topic: Middle East (Syria) Fully aware that peace cannot be reached unless all sides cooperate, Alarmed by the rapidly increasing casualties in Syria, Aware of the damage caused by terrorist groups, Deeply disturbed by the horrific acts committed by extremist groups, Seeking to unite the rebels and the government, 1. Authorizes both groups to combat terrorist groups; 2. Condemns extremist groups in Syria which cause chaos and violence towards the legitimate government; 3. Encourage both the rebels and the government to collaborate and combat extremist groups; 4. Considering the injustices faced by Syrian civilians; 5. Supports any action towards forcing the terrorist group in Syria to stop harmful attacks; 6. Recommends the United Nations should begin an investigation into all combatants and belligerents after reaching a time of peace. Humanitarian Aid Resolution 7. Recognizing the need for humanitarian aid for the Syrian people and acknowledging their lack of basic human rights; 8. Further reminds the conflict between the opposition forces and the government; 9. Noting that over three million Syrian children have had their education disrupted by the conflict; 10. Calls upon the Russian Federation to air drop basic human resources into less populated areas and asks for NGO s in the country of Syria to retrieve and disperse resources provided by other member states of the General Assembly; 11. Reaffirming its support for the UN s School in a Box program; 12. Encourages the United States to work and communicate with the opposition forces to allow humanitarian aid to come into the country of Syria; 13. Requires School in a box be sent to nations with Syrian refugees; Lebanon, Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, and Turkey,
4 Elections 14. Keep in mind that Syria is a democratic state; 15. Alarmed by the number of years that have passed since a democratic election in Syria; 16. Deeply regretting all civilians and military casualties of the Syrian conflict; 17. Calls upon the need for a UN supervised democratic election in Syria; 18. Designates member states to slow the flow of weapons into Syria, until a democratic election is held; 19. Recommends that the Syrian government does its best to protect the presidential candidates in the upcoming election; 20. Calls upon the Syrian government to prevent any acts of corruption during said election, including intimidation and election fraud; 21. Confirms that Bashar al Assad will be granted full amnesty regardless of the results of the election; 22. Requests a full criminal investigation of the Syrian army.

Topic: Infiltration of Terrorist Group at the Geneva Conference Fully aware if the unfortunate acts committed by the terrorist groups against the delegates of the Geneva conference, Recognizing the apology of the Russia for the accidental bombing of the American Embassy in Egypt, Expressing its appreciation for the bravery of the Swiss police force, Noting with regret the deaths of two delegates of the security council, 1. Authorizes the Swiss police for jurisdiction over the Geneva conference building until such time that it is appropriate for them to withdraw; 2. Calls upon Egyptian and Russia militias to collaborate to fight terrorism in Egypt, 3. Recommends all Russian airstrikes be monitored by the Security Council in order to prevent further civilian and diplomatic causalities, 4. Encourages the UN not to interfere with the Russian sovereignty of Military Strategy and right to defend allies, 5. Requests that Russia provides humanitarian aid to civilian victims and surrounding areas of Russian airstrikes.
