1 April 08, 2015 Sovereign Crown Denderah Ancient Royalty and Indigenous Land Owner, Northern Lands Visiting: Dharma Drum Mountain, Corona Avenue Elmhurst, NY Phone :( 718) Fax: (718) United Nations Foreign Affairs Department 405 East 42 nd Street New York, NY RE: NORWAY ILLEGIAL HUMAN TRAFFICKING OF SOVEREIGN IMMUNITY LAND OWNER, U.N. TREATY VIOLATIONS On March 26 th -30 th, 2015 Sovereign Crown Denderah (Indigenous Land Owner and Ancient Royalty of the Northern Lands) was illegally moved (Drugged, Kidnapped and Beaten) under a false identity by Norwegian State Agents. She was forcibly moved from the Northern Lands (formerly Norway) and left stranded at JFK Airport in New York City at 1:00 AM, without money, food, phone or a place to go. IMMEDATE STEPS MUST BE TAKEN A request for assistance was announced on September 01, 2014 in the Press Release, Indigenous Land Owner Sues Norway 100 Million for Full Disclosure, and outlines the continued physical assaults and unlawful tactics used by Norwegian police and immigration agents to get her to claim U.S. citizenship and possession of a passport. Pursuant to this latest assault, an investigation was opened October 20, 2014 with the International Court of Justice, noting the unambiguous and clear violations of U.N. Treaties by Charter Member Norway (Norwegian Government and allied partners). Subsequent action was taken by Sovereign Crown Denderah to directly inform state officials of these incurrences, and infringing treaty violations by hand-delivered notifications. The notifications outlined treaty violations and were presented to Oslo Tingrett (District Court) and the Norwegian Supreme Court in December They outlined the following: Internationally Protected Persons, including Diplomatic Agents (1973), Article 2 a) A murder, kidnapping or other attack upon the person or liberty of an internationally protected person; Page 1 of 5

2 b) A violent attack upon the official premises, the private accommodation or the means of transport of an internationally protected person likely to endanger his person or liberty; c) A threat to commit any such attack; d) An attempt to commit any such attack; and e) An act constituting participation as an accomplice in any such attack shall be made by each State Party a crime under its internal law. 2. Each State Party shall make these crimes punishable by appropriate penalties which take into account their grave nature. Convention on Stateless People (1954), -For the Purpose of this Convention, the term stateless person means a person who is not considered as a national by any State under the operation of its law. -With regard to exceptional measures which may be taken against the person, property or interests of nationals or former nationals of a foreign State, the Contracting States shall not apply such measures to a stateless person solely on account of his having previously possessed the nationality of the foreign State in question. Contracting States which, under their legislation, are prevented from applying the general principle expressed in this article shall, in appropriate cases, grant exemptions in favor of such stateless persons. -Each Contracting State shall accord to stateless persons lawfully in its territory the right to choose their place of residence and to move freely within its territory, subject to any regulations applicable to aliens generally in the same circumstances. -The Contracting States shall accord to a stateless person lawfully in their territory treatment as favorable as possible and, in any event, not less favorable than that accorded to aliens generally in the same circumstances, as regards the right to engage on his own account in agriculture, industry, handicrafts and commerce and to establish commercial and industrial companies. Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Cooperation among States in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations (1970), -Indigenous People are separate and distinct; alien to this administration; and have a separate and distinct status from the administrators of the colonial occupiers of the land. -Every State has the duty to refrain from any forcible action which deprives peoples referred to above in the elaboration of the present principle of their right to self-determination and freedom Page 2 of 5

3 and independence. -In their actions against, and resistance to, such forcible action in pursuit of the exercise of their right to self-determination, such peoples are entitled to seek and to receive support in accordance with the purposes and principles of the Charter. Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (2007), Article Indigenous peoples have the right to the dignity and diversity of their cultures, traditions, histories and aspirations which shall be appropriately reflected in education and public information. 2. States shall take effective measures, in consultation and cooperation with the indigenous peoples concerned, to combat prejudice and eliminate discrimination and to promote tolerance, understanding and good relations among indigenous peoples and all other segments of society. Article Indigenous peoples have the right to establish their own media in their own languages and to have access to all forms of non-indigenous media without discrimination. 2. States shall take effective measures to ensure that State-owned media duly reflect indigenous cultural diversity. States, without prejudice to ensuring full freedom of expression, should encourage privately owned media to adequately reflect indigenous cultural diversity. Article Indigenous peoples have the right to redress, by means that can include restitution or, when this is not possible, just, fair and equitable compensation, for the lands, territories and resources which they have traditionally owned or otherwise occupied or used, and which have been confiscated, taken, occupied, used or damaged without their free, prior and informed consent. 2. Unless otherwise freely agreed upon by the peoples concerned, compensation shall take the form of lands, territories and resources equal in quality, size and legal status or of monetary compensation or other appropriate redress. WORLDS RESPONSIBILTY TO PROTECT Sovereignty is an Absolute Right and Must Be Protected, and the responsibility to protect Real and Ancient Royalty from invading forces must be upheld. Sovereign Immunity is a legal doctrine of protection against States, Courts and Governments from illegal acts against royalty. In constitutional monarchies the sovereign is the historical origin of the authority which created the courts. Thus the courts has no power to compel the sovereign to be bound by the courts, as they were created by the sovereign for the protection of his or her subjects. Page 3 of 5

4 When Nations-States fail to protect their Sovereign from mass atrocities and crimes against humanity they lose their Sovereign-State status and forfeit all implied rights to land, property and resources. The Fact is ALL Land, Property, and Resources (Oil) is owned by Sovereign Crown Denderah is most troubling for these Nation-States. They cannot operate in commerce through their economic trade agreements without rights to these resources. The People of the World has a responsibility to the Sovereign to ensure protection against harm issued by occupying and invading forces. If the state has failed to protect its sovereign from genocide, war crimes or displacement it becomes the responsibly of the World Community to intervene through economic sanctions, and renunciation. An Individual s responsibly to assist and protect ensures the safety of the Planet as those occupying forces cannot lay claim to its resources. The United Nations Called to Task The United Nations must intervene and take responsibility of its Charter Member Norway Treaty violations and abuses. The United Nations must further assist in the removal and prosecution of all those involved in the falsified documents, beating, drugging and displacement of Sovereign Crown Denderah, and further ensure her safe and unobstructed return.
