1 Fellow Eucharistic Ministers, Peace be with you during your Lenten journey. And thank you for your service as a Eucharistic Minister. I do have a reminder from the Liturgy Committee, which you may not even know. I didn't until I began the scheduling of EM's. A liturgical lay minister should only serve in one ministry at the Mass. Ministries include Eucharistic Ministers, Lectors, Ushers, Cantors and Choir. Since we do not have an automated scheduling system, this can be difficult for the schedulers. If I am aware of your service in another ministry, I try to review schedules before sending mine to Theresa Marlin to distribute and post on the parish website. It is not a perfect system and is flawed by my human error. You are my only way to make sure you only serve at one ministry for mass. If you are scheduled for more than one ministry, please find a substitute for all but one role you will be doing for that mass. This schedule I was not able to obtain a copy of the lector schedule prior to sending this, so there may be some duplicates that you will need to find a substitute. Another reminder...please remember the sign in sheet. It helps me know if I need to make calls and see if someone has moved or changed their mass time. Veterans, please help the new ministers, it seems I didn't train enough in this area in the last copule of large training sessions. Peace to all, Marilyn Ellis Date 5:30 PM 8:30 AM 11:00 AM Feb. 28/ Mar 1 Hosier, Ada Brassie, Greg Flanagan, Dianne Hunt, Paul Sr. Brassie, Lisa Jorgenson, Jay Johnson, Kathleen Carr, Sr. Theresa Gries, Bob Kuhlman, Rick Chambers, Mary Alice Gries, Kathy Lentz, Bob Feebeck, Jenny Hofmeister, Brian Lentz, Patsy Frye, Anne Hollowell, Joe Magness, Melissa Hattabaugh, Teresa Horne, Melissa McKeand, Jerry Wilkens, Robert Howard, Debbie March 7/8 Miller, Bruce Horn, Sherri Jennings, Paul Orange-Miller, Debra Jarnagin, Nick Flannagan, Irene Miller, Ron Kelly, Jerry Kiki, Jean Morris, Jenny McNally, Jim King, Barbara Murray, Len Nagel, David LaMarca, Jennifer Murray, Rosemary Koors, Vicki Madden, Josie Staton,Kathy Kramer, Tom Morgan, Janelle Wheat, Janice Majdanik, Kay Rieger, Gerry 1 of 9
