U.S. registration materials that are mailed must be postmarked by the U.S. deadlines. The deadlines expire at midnight, Eastern Time. On March 5, only the SAT is offered. Sunday administrations usually occur the day after each Saturday test date, for students who cannot test on Saturday due to religious observance. The Language with Listening Tests are offered only in November.

The following fees are refundable only under specific circumstances: The Question-and-Answer Service or Student Answer Service are refundable only if your order has not yet been fulfilled or if you missed your test date (for example, you were absent or you had to take a makeup test). Additional score reports that you ordered at the time of registration are refundable only if you are absent. If you ordered QAS and your order was not fulfilled (for example, because you had to take a makeup test), contact us to find out if you are entitled to a refund. Refunds are processed beginning six weeks after the test date

5 Additional registration fees and services Add to the basic fee for your test option (except for the Test Center Change) 5th and 6th college choices add $12.00 each Requested online before the test date; refundable on written request, if you do not test. Telephone re-registration add $15.00 Late registration fee (U.S. or Canada only) add $25.00 For registration or test date change submitted during the late period for a national test date.</p< td> Standby testing on test day add $49.00 International testing (required outside the U.S. or Canada) add $40.00 The ACT Plus Writing is not available at international test centers on the February test date. Test date change add $23.00 For different date only if absent or unable to test on original date or if your registration is cancelled for failure to meet ACT s test security requirements. You will be charged the basic registration fee for the new test date plus the test date change fee. If you request a test date change after the regular deadline for the new date, you must also add the late fee. You will be charged the full basic fee for your new test date, you will also be charges the late registration fee. Your basic fee for the original test date will be refunded.
