The library cannot take magazines, reference books, or old stinky books. These types of items are better recycled by placing them out with the rest of your recycled materials. This will be a 3-person bike team race around the Historic Downtown Square in Harlan, Iowa. Bikes will be provided and each team will use identical bicycles for the race. The key will be strategy of changing riders as all 3 persons of the team will be required to ride a set number of laps during the race. There will be multiple age categories to enter, and proceeds from the event will support the Shelby County Trails Committee.
