2 The Talking Friends Franchise Talking Tom and Friends are unique, animated 3D characters who come to life when poked, tickled and played with. Fully interactive, they engage in friendly, two-way conversations with users and repeat what they say. Fans can create and share their videos of interactions with the characters via Facebook and YouTube. The strength of the Talking Tom and Friends franchise is the physical comedy and humor that crosses all ages, nationalities and languages. The characters are a social phenomenon that everyone can engage with. Since debuting on global app stores in 2010 with the original Talking Tom app, the Talking Tom and Friends brand now comprises of a total of 14 apps featuring six unique characters. Outfit7 achieved global recognition when Talking Tom and Friends became the fastest growing entertainment app series of all time, a mere 19 months after its launch. The brand has now infiltrated popular culture with its characters featured on ABC's Modern Family, NBC's Today Show and the 2013 White House Easter Roll, to name a few. Video Success Talking Tom and Friends made their debut in the music world in 2012 with the chart-topping duet between Tom and Angela called You Get Me. Created in partnership with Walt Disney Records/Hollywood Records, the video has to-date received over 155 million YouTube views. Talking Angela also recorded her first solo song called That s Falling in Love. In partnership with Disney Interactive, Outfit7 created a ten episode short animation series. Today the series can also be seen in the Talking Tom and Friends Cartoon app. Fans of the Talking Tom and Friends franchise are also responsible for creating hundreds of hours of content every day by interacting with their favorite character apps and generating over 25 million views on YouTube every month. Mobile Achievements In June 2012 the new Tom Loves Angela app engaged with fans like never before as Tom chats to Angela about everything from love and movies to food and travel. Later in 2012 the Talking Angela app introduced gesture recognition capabilities allowing Angela to understand and react to different facial gestures including nodding and the shaking of a head, smiling or yawning.

3 The launch of the Talking Angela app in November 2012 also marked the evolution of the Talking Tom and Friends apps with a new built-in chatbot. The feline siren s first stand-alone app not only repeats, but she also listens, understands and responds, simulating a human brain. Memorable Moments The Talking Friends family has become an entertainment phenomenon, with the characters invited to the 2013 White House Easter Roll, featured on ABC s Modern Family, NBC s Today Show and invited to walk the Hall of Fame in Hollywood. Licensing and Merchandising The Talking Tom and Friends Superstar toy range, available from the official Talking Shop, includes Talking Angela, Talking Tom and Talking Ginger. The Talking Tom and Friends license offering includes toys, back to school, stationery, apparel, confectionary and many more categories. Dragon-I is on board for toys while KFC currently holds the licensing rights for promotions in Eastern Europe. Giromax International has taken the rights for augmented reality trading cards, due to launch in Q3 2014; London Europe for a range of stationery for the UK and many new partners to be announced soon. Outfit7 has an in-house licensing team based at its subsidiaries in the UK, covering EMEA and the Americas, and in South Korea covering Pan Asia. The Talking Tom series are the fastest entertainment apps to reach 300 million downloads this was achieved in just 19 months. Size and Breadth The apps have been downloaded in over 230 countries and territories worldwide, from Antarctica to the Vatican City. The apps collectively generate 230 million active users monthly. Videos & Social Fans have uploaded over 1.4 million independent interactions with their favourite characters to YouTube, creating more than 25 million views every month. The 10 Disney Interactive and Outfit7 webisode animation shorts have attracted over 260 million views on YouTube. Talking Tom and Friends have received over 800 million views on YouTube. Talking Tom and Talking Angela s single, You Get Me received over 155 million views on YouTube and 10 million views on Vevo. Talking Tom and Friends Facebook pages have received over 17 million likes. Talking Tom and Friends have over 280,000 followers on Twitter. Combined subscribers to our YouTube channels now exceed 800,000. 7 Introducing Outfit7 s Senior Executives Samo Login, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer Samo Login is Co-Founder and CEO of Outfit7 one of the fastest-growing media entertainment companies on the planet. The architect of Outfit7's Talking Tom and Friends franchise, Samo leads the creative and overall strategy for both the company and its products. Prior to Outfit7, Samo served as the founding Chief Technology Officer at the popular search engine portal Najdi.si, which was acquired by Telekom Slovenija in He holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Maribor, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Iza Login, Co-Founder and Deputy Chief Executive Officer Bringing years of project management, communication and motivational experience, Iza Login s role is to facilitate business development, design workflow and orchestrate internal and external programs to aid the business. Prior to founding Outfit7, Iza ran a center for better quality of life, which was preceded by posts at Microsoft and Novartis. She holds a Master s in Computer Science from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Computer Science. 8 Luka Renko, Vice President of Engineering Luka leads the team of software engineers that develop Outfit7 s mobile applications, back-end system, marketing, promotion and analytical tools. He studied Computer Engineering at the Ljubljana School of Engineering. Before joining Outfit7 he served as the Chief Technology Officer at Marg, prior to which he held an 18-year career at HERMES SoftLab, the largest software vendor in Eastern Europe. Rok Zorko, Co-Founder and Vice President of Products Rok is responsible for the network of Outfit7 app products, as well as web and app user experience. Prior to Outfit7, he was the chief editor of the Slovenian portal and search engine Najdi.si. Boris Eržen, General Counsel Acting as a consigliore to the Board and being responsible for all legal issues at Outfit7, Eržen s primary tasks include ensuring global compliance of Outfit7 s operations, drafting and negotiating contracts and providing state-of-the-art protection of the Talking Tom and Friends intellectual property rights. Prior to joining Outfit7 he was a legal advisor to several Slovenian Internet start-ups and served as long-time Assistant Manager and Head of Legal at Najdi.si.
